Tuesdays are MANDATORY
What are the committees?
Everyone can help with everything!
What are the responsibilities of committee chairs?
Organize and supervise that event
Allocating tasks
Make people responsible for what they say they will do
Make a report at general meeting
Prepare summary of event after it occurred for record (what went well/badly)
NOT AN OFFICER (still leadership position)
The chair must keep a record of committee member’s responsibilities
How does one become a committee chair?
Election process
Volunteer: selection from the pool of volunteers from Executive Committee (aka
Mikah)
Underclassman and upperclassman as chair and co-chair (mentor)

Review Wiki page with general membership (Andrea and Kayla) at next meeting
